Designing activities

Our design team solves the projection of the lift units for carrying passengers and goods. Our design workplace is equipped with kit of computer programme for 3D designing, and we can offer in a particular stage of any order:

  • lift designing considering the customer requests
  • layout drawings
  • price quotation processing
  • project documentation for the building control
  • project documentation for building construction
  • documentation for the lift approval and putting into permanent operation
  • technical support during the implementation
  • consultancy

Manufacturing

Factory building is divided into two sections, the production is managed as a complex process through them. We can classify two basic manufacturing technologies:

  • Fitter and welding works
  • Forming works and paintshop

The manufacturing is replenished with non-productive activities:

  • metallurgic and other material stock
  • finished stock room
  • expedition and department of material supply and maintenance with own transport up to 3 tons

Installation

We are able to provide all installation activities of the lift modernization or new lift constructions with immediate usage. Our lift installers are capable to carry out a reconstruction of your lift in high quality and short term as they are well skilled and with a longtime work experience in this branch. The installation includes all necessary examinations for the lift operation, the lift presentation to the customer and the lift attendance training.

Servicing

Our team of servicemen is able in very short time repair any lift unit installed by our company. After a minor modification we are able to do servicing for the lifts with so-called coded lift control. The main advantage of our company is the dispatching with the non-stop emergency service containing the passenger rescue up to 1 hour and accession to the lift fixing from 1 to 4 hours from breakdown report. We provide guaranty and ordinary service by skilled servicemen, who are able to assure the reliable and trouble-free operation of your equipment.
